В письмах широко применяются формы страдательного залога. Сокращение глагольных форм в письмах делать не рекомендуется.
Точное наименование фирмы указывается обычно на ее типографском бланке и должно воспроизводиться без каких-либо изменений.
Все слова в наименованиях фирм, организаций и их подразделений пишутся с прописной буквы, за исключением предлогов, артиклей и союзов. Такое же правило написания относится к наименованиям должностей. С прописной буквы пишутся также все слова в указании на общее содержание письма, наименование документов, валют, товаров.
